We are seeking a Client Service Coordinator who is a proactive problem-solver, loves working with people, and is ready to grow with us. This position offers flexible scheduling and the possibility of transitioning to full-time based on performance and fit.

Requirements:
- Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred (Psychology, Social Work, Sociology, Health Sciences fields ideal)
- Minimum of 1 year in customer service, client management, or related experience
- Excellent computer skills; Salesforce experience is a plus
- Must have a valid driver's license, auto insurance, and clean driving record
- Compassion, patience, and a strong desire to help the aging population

Responsibilities:
- Consult with clients to develop individualized care plans
- Conduct client quality assurance visits (local driving required; mileage reimbursed)
- Collaborate with the team to maintain high care standards
- Participate in shared On-Call responsibilities
